Are You Ready to Increase Your Mom Capacity?
Learn how to offload daily tasks, build greater independence in your young adult with a disability, strengthen their support system, and expand your capacity. Taught by Tina Jackson, the mom who did it.
You'll receive the Zoom link by email as soon as you register. Can't make it live? The replay is yours.

What can safely be offloaded, and how to do it this week.
- What can safely be offloaded to your young adult, and what can't yet
- Practical tools and simple steps you can start the same day
- How to build your young adult's skills without doing it for them
- Ways to increase your own time and capacity
- Encouragement for the journey from a mom 31 years in
- Mothers and caregivers of a young adult with a disability
- Families navigating a rare disease or complex medical condition
- Nonprofit and community leaders who support these families
- Educators and service providers
Your capacity is finite. Your young adult's potential isn't. This hour is about moving tasks from the first column to the second.

Tina Jackson
Founder of Kids Rare Care, global speaker, rare disease advocate, disability awareness trainer, and co-author of Suddenly Brave Together. Tina spent 22 years in federal service, nearly three of them as a Social Security Title XVI claims specialist interviewing families at exactly the moment their child turned 18. She raised Miss T, born with Trisomy 8 Mosaicism, from a NICU prognosis to her own front door.
The concept behind this workshop comes from her phone: when an iPhone runs out of room, it offloads apps. Moms hit capacity too. This is how you offload.
