Resource & Research Center
A verified index of the organizations, benefits, services and research families are sent to find on their own, organized so a mother at 11pm can actually use it.
Starting with the categories families ask about most.
We are building this in phases and verifying every entry rather than publishing a long list nobody maintains. Each record will carry the organization, what it does, who qualifies, where it operates, how to reach it, and the date it was last verified.
Benefits & financial supports
SSI, SSDI, Medicaid and waiver programs, ABLE accounts and the application processes behind them.
Family advocacy
Educational rights, IEP and 504 support, grievance and dispute processes, and advocacy organizations.
Rare disease & disability
Condition-specific organizations, research networks and family support communities.
Transition to adulthood
What changes at 18, what ends, what has a waitlist, and what to start before it does.
Employment & independence
Vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, job training programs and employer partnerships.
Housing & supported living
Supported living options, residential programs and the planning that has to happen first.
Caregiver wellness & respite
Respite programs, caregiver support, mental health resources and peer communities.
Community supports
Transportation, recreation, faith communities, guardianship alternatives and decision-making support.
Know a resource that belongs here?
If your organization serves families raising children or young adults with disabilities, rare diseases or complex medical needs, tell us about it. Every submission is reviewed and verified before it appears.
Whether you carry this at home or lead a room full of people who do.
Families start with the assessment. Organizations start with a conversation. Both take about five minutes to set in motion.
