Tina Jackson, Resources Educator
Who I Am & Who I Serve
I’m a Resources Educator, Community Disability Trainer, and Respite Care Coordinator (and so much more! — but above all, I am called to serve.
My mission is to support elite and high-achieving parent professionals—those who are navigating the overwhelming realities of raising a child with a rare disease, facing a medical crisis, or managing developmental delays.
These are parents who are used to leading in the boardroom, the courtroom, or the operating room and beyond —but now find themselves in a role they never trained for: caregiver and advocate.
I help them access the right resources, build confidence in advocacy, and reimagine life through the lens of purpose, not pressure.
From faith-informed disability training to customized respite strategies, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to every family I serve.
This isn’t just about support—it’s about reinvention. I walk alongside high-capacity parents as they rediscover their identity, reignite their passions, and reclaim their voice in both their professional and caregiving lives.
Because your child’s diagnosis doesn’t cancel your calling—it can clarify it.

My Heartfelt Why
Behind every tool I create, every message I deliver, and every caregiver I support—there’s a deeper reason that fuels it all.
I am a high-achieving parent professional and caregiver to a child with a rare condition. My caregiving journey spans almost 30 years and has forever changed the way I see the world.
I've walked through the medical crises, navigated complex systems, and made impossible decisions with no roadmap.
I’ve felt the grief of identity loss, the weight of responsibility, and the quiet ache of dreams deferred. But I’ve also discovered something powerful: reinvention is not only possible—it’s necessary.
My biggest why is to help elite and high-achieving parent professionals—who suddenly find themselves in the caregiving role—balance advocacy, high-impact careers and caregiving so they become bold, confident advocates for their children. You don’t have to choose between being successful in your career and and living out your impact of advocacy. You can do both.
I am on the journey with you as you rise from overwhelm to ownership… not just surviving this chapter, but stepping into it with clarity, courage, and calling.
Because when a parent caregiver is equipped, confident, and rooted in purpose—everything changes.

joni&friends International Disability Ministry
I served as a Disability Trainer and Board Member with Joni and Friends International Disability Ministry, where I had the profound honor of equipping churches, caregivers, and communities to embrace and serve individuals and families impacted by disability.
In my role as a Disability Trainer, I facilitated Christ-centered workshops, training sessions, and outreach events designed to educate leaders and advocates on how to create inclusive environments that reflect the love and accessibility of the Gospel. My work focused on empowering others to see disability not as a limitation, but as a unique opportunity for connection, advocacy, and spiritual growth.
As a Board Member, I helped guide strategic initiatives, program development, and community engagement, ensuring that the mission of Joni and Friends—to communicate the hope of the Gospel and give practical help to people affected by disability—was lived out with integrity and impact.
This season of service was not just professional—it was deeply personal, shaping my passion for advocacy, faith, and inclusive leadership on a global scale.
